As a result of the semi-annual review of the FTSE/Athex Index series the following changes will take place:

• For the FTSE/Athex 20 Index, a total of one (1) addition, one (1) deletion from this index and one (1) investability weight change to existing constituent.

• For the FTSE/Athex Mid 40 Index, a total of two (2) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

• For the FTSE/Athex International Index, a total of sixteen (16) additions, six (6) deletions from and six (6) investability weight changes to existing constituents. Out of the sixteen (16) additions, five (5) are companies listed into Cyprus Stock Exchange.

• For the FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80 Index, a total of twelve (12) additions, twelve (12) deletions from this index and five (5) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

• For the FTSE/Athex 140 Index, a total of eight (8) additions, eight (6) deletions from this index and thirteen (13) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

Following the changes in the FTSE/Athex 140 constituents changes in the FTSE/Athex Sector Indices will follow.

All changes will be effective as of Monday December 03, 2007.
