1. On 30.04.2013 it sold 6 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,979.00
2. On 30.04.2013 it bought 3 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,506.00
3. On 30.04.2013 it sold 600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,020.30
4. On 30.04.2013 it bought 1,311 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,604.63

In addition, Eurobank Equities notified the company on 08.05.2013 that:

1. On 02.05.2013 it bought 3,358 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR17,419.16
2.  On 02.05.2013 it bought 4,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR20,800.00
3. On 02.05.2013 it sold 4,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR20,810.00
4. On 02.05.2013 it bought 1 HELEX future at a total value of EUR515.00
5. On 02.05.2013 it sold 6 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR3,054.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
