The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 29/04/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.57 euros of total value 4,570 euros and on 02/04/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.56 euros of total value 4,560 euros.
