SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Kalliopi Chalkia, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 24/04/13 to the sale of 6,000 common shares at the price of 4.50 euros of total value 27,000 euros.
