Athens, April 25, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA),  announces that according to its transactions' notifications of 24.04.2013 and 25.04.2013, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 10,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €61,700.00 on April 23, 2013 and 10,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €62,500.00 on April 24, 2013 respectively.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
