TERNA ENERGY SA discloses, according to L. 3556/2007 and by virtue of a relevant notification by the shareholder GEK TERNA SA, that on April 5, 2013 a modification of 3,0004% in the direct voting rights it holds, took place.

The above modification is the result of an OTC transaction of 3,280,000 shares owned by the company.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights prior to the transaction: 54,688,946, namely a percentage of 50.0269% on the total voting rights of the company TERNA ENERGY SA which is analyzed as follows: Direct participation of GEK TERNA SA: 54,687,371 shares, namely a percentage of 50.0255%, and indirect participation through its subsidiary ΗΕRON HOLDINGS SA: 1,575 shares, namely a percentage of 0,0014%.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights following transaction: 54,408,946, namely a percentage of 47.0265% on the total voting rights of the company TERNA ENERGY SA which is analyzed as follows: Direct participation of GEK TERNA SA: 51,407,371 shares, namely a percentage of 47.0251%, and indirect participation through its subsidiary ΗΕRON HOLDINGS SA: 1,575 shares, namely a percentage of 0.0014%.

Therefore, the percentage of the voting rights of GEK TERNA S.A. changes at a percentage exceeding 3% and at the same time decreases the threshold of 50%.
