TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting dated April 24^th 2013, taking into account the needs caused by the continuous development of the Company's activities, decided to upgrade the control mechanisms and to enforce its financial services.

Within the framework of the aforementioned decision Mr Konstantinos Dimopoulos is appointed in the position of Internal Auditor, a position held by Ms Sofia Dede, and Mr Vassilios Delikaterinis is appointed in his position as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Aristotelis Spiliotis is appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Ms Sofia Dede will keep providing her services with reference to tax, accounting and auditing issues, pursuant to the needs of the Company.
