Starting today, 29 October 2007, the Athens Exchange decided to lift the suspension of trading status on the shares of the company "VIVARTIA S.A.", following the Hellenic Capital Market's commission notification that the reasons for which the said suspension had been imposed on the shares of the company are no longer applicable.

Also, as from the same date, the shares of the company in question are moved from the "Big Capitalization" segment to the "Special Trading Characteristics" segment due to a low free float by virtue of the relevant decision of the ATHEX Board of Directors of 26 October 2007.
