Mr.Spyros Capralos, Chairman of the Athens Exchange, in view of impending announcements regarding significant corporate events, decided the immediate suspension of trading of shares of the companies "VIVARTIA S.A." and "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." in order to ensure investors' protection and until the above-mentioned companies release further announcements.

Subsequently, the trading of derivative products with underlying title the share of VIVARTIA S.A. is also suspended temporarily.
