Semi-Annual Review of the Composition of the FTSE/Med 100 Index

The periodic semi-annual meeting of the Special Advisory Committee, which was established for the common Regional FTSE/Med 100 Index, was held on Thursday, May 10, 2007, at the registered offices of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).

The FTSE Med 100 Index, which was put into force on 19.06.2003, is comprised of 100 stocks that are listed on the Tel Aviv, Athens, and Cyprus Stock Exchagnes, some of which are also listed in Stock Exchanges of the United States or Europe.

At this meeting, the Committee which was put in charge for the said Index and is comprised of executives of the three aforementioned exchanges as well as from a representative of the FTSE Group, carried out a detailed review on the index's performance for the half-year period from November 2006 until April 2007, according to the Ground Rules of Operation of the said Index.

During the current composition of the index in question and according to the Ground Rules: one company, i.e. "MINOAN LINES S.A." (from the Athens Exchange) is added to the Index in replacement of one company "NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A." (also from the Athens Exchange), which is deleted from the Index's composition.

Changes in the composition of the FTSE/Med 100 Index will be effected after the close of the trading session of the ATHEX on Friday, May 18, 2007.

According to the new composition of the Index, the following constituents are added to it: 51 from the Athens Exchange, 44 from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and five from the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

After the relevant review that was carried out, the companies that will constitute the composition of the FTSE Med 100 Index for the next semester (May 2007 - October 2007) are listed in the attached file (Index's New Composition).
