JUMBO SA announces that, according to law 3556/2007, "Franklin Templeton Institutional,LLC" which acts in the capacity as discretionary investment manager and has authority to exercise the voting rights to the funds and managed accounts, has declared to the company  on February 1st, 2013 that the percentage of the voting rights in the company, has reached the 10% limit from January 31st, 2013.

According to the above mentioned announcement, on January 31st, 2013 "Franklin Templeton Institutional LLC" was indirectly the owner of 12.994.423 voting rights of "JUMBO  SA" or 10,0% of the shareholders equity. According to the notification, the number of voting rights held prior to the transaction stood at 12.776.521 or 9,83% of the shareholders equity.
