Following the bulletin of the Company dated April 4, 2013, with reference to the additions to the Corporate Financial Calendar of 2013 and the decision with protocol no. Κ2-2889 dated 3/6/2013 of the Minister of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transport and Networks – General Secretariat of Commerce approving the decision of the Ordinary Shareholders' General Assembly dated April 25, 2013, about the return of capital amounting to 0.09 € per share to the Shareholders, the company TERNA ENERGY S.A. updates the Financial Calendar as follows:

Ex-date of the return of Capital: Monday, August  5, 2013, date preceding the date of expiry of the Index Futures, in which the shares of our Company participate.

Beneficiary Shareholders for the return of Capital: The Shareholders of the Company recorded as such in the records of the Dematerialized Security System (DSS) of Wednesday, August 7, 2013 (record date).

Commencement of Payment of Return of Capital: Tuesday, August 13, 2013.

The return of capital shall be implemented through Banks, which will credit the accounts of the Operators. Details will be provided by further announcement of the company.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, by immediately notifying the Investors.
