Athens, May 24, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that according to its transactions' notifications of 23.05.2013 and 24.05.2013, EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA sold 100,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €699,272.50 on May 21, 2013 and 135,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €939,518.44 on May 22, 2013 respectively.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, Member of its Board of Directors (Non-Executive), is also a Member of the Board of Directors of EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
