(“the Company”) hereby announces that Mr. Yiannos Michaelides resigned from his office as a non - Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company due to change of duties and excessive work load. Following this resignation, Dubai Group is represented on the Company's Board of Directors only by Mr. Joseph Iskander. The resigned member Mr. Michaelides will not be replaced until the nomination of a new candidate member by Dubai Group.
