Due to the merger through acquisition of the companies "EBIK S.A." and "LAMDA DETERGENT S.A." by the company "VETERIN S.A." the following changes will take place in the composition of the Athens Exchange Indices.

Athex Composite Share Price Index
The shares of the company "LAMDA DETERGENT S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A." with investability weight 100%.

Athex Composite Total Return Index
The shares of the company "LAMDA DETERGENT S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A." with investability weight 100%.

FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80
The shares of the company «EBIK S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELEFTHERI TILEORASI S.A.» with investability weight 30%.

FTSE/Athex 140
The shares of the companies «EBIK S.A.» and «LAMDA DETERGENT S.A.» are removed from the index. The shares of the company «ELEFTHERI TILEORASI S.A.» are added into the index with investability weight 30% following the addition of the company?s shares into FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80 Index.

FTSE/Athex Food & Beverages
The shares of the company «EBIK S.A.» are removed from the index without been replaced by the shares of another company.

FTSE/Athex Media
The shares of the company «ELEFTHERI TILEORASI S.A.» are added into the index with investability weight 30% following the addition of the company?s shares into FTSE/Athex 140 Index.

FTSE/Athex Chemicals
The shares of the company «LAMDA DETERGENT S.A.» are removed from the index without been replaced by the shares of another company.
