According to its transaction notification of 08.03.2013, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 10,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 57,173.33 euro on March 07, 2013.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
