According to Article 14 paragraph 3 of L.3556/2007 ,Quality & Reliability AE announces that on 05.20.2013 Mr. Emmanuel Κsionis, representative of thecompany LOVATIA HOLDINGS LIMITED informed us pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 paragraph c, case dd, N 3556/2007 that on 05.15.2013 indirectly acquired through the above company shares issued by the company and the respective voting rights, corresponding to 16.58% of the share capital and voting rights of the company or 1,133.750 shares. Furthermore informed us that directly acquired shares issued by the company and the respective voting rights corresponding to 0.43% of the share capital and voting rights of the Company or 29,761 shares and voting rights respectively.

Total shares with respective voting rights : 1.163.511, corresponding to 17,01%
