Following the Decision of the ATHEX BoD on June 28, 2007, referring to changes in the composition of the Category Trading Status the following changes will be realized in the composition of the Athens Exchange Indices.

More specifically:

• Athex Composite Share Price Index

The shares of the company "NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "EUROMEDICA S.A." with investability weight 100%.
• Athex Composite Total Return Index

The shares of the company "NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "EUROMEDICA S.A." with investability weight 100%.

All changes will be effective before the start of business of Friday, June 29 2007
