Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

-          Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 14/05/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.54 euros of total value 4,540 euros.

-          Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 15/05/13 to the sale of 5,000 common shares at the average price of 4.83 euros  of total value 24,150.60 euros.
