Amendment of Financial Calendar of the year 2013

OPAP S.A., in the context of its obligations, according to the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces the amendment of its 2013 Financial Calendar, as follows:

Friday 21.06.2013: Annual Ordinary General Meeting (instead of the originally scheduled date of Friday 14.06.13).
Friday 28.06.2013: Ex-dividend date for fiscal year 2012, that is, prior to 19.07.2013, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.
Tuesday 02.07.2013: Dividend beneficiaries - Record Date.
Monday 08.07.2013: FY 2012 Dividend Payment commencement.

Otherwise, the Financial Calendar 2013 is valid as it has been announced.
