Amendment of Economic Calendar 2013 

ELLAKTOR SA, according to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, and further to the announcement on 27.03.2013 of its Economic Calendar, informs the investor public that the annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013, instead of Friday, June 28, 2013.
