Space Hellas S.A. (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the General Manager of Space Hellas, Mr. George Lagogiannis, son of Panagiotis (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought 4.500 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 9.805 on May 31, 2013.
