Athens, May 28, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that according to its transaction notification of 27.05.2013, EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA sold 305,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €2,152,098.95 on May 23, 2013.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, Member of its Board of Directors (Non-Executive), is also a Member of the Board of Directors of EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
