Athens, May 29, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that according to its transactions' notifications of 28.05.2013 and 29.05.2013, EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA sold 250,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €1,735,717.60 on May 24, 2013 and 200,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €1,398,633.95 on May 27, 2013 respectively.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, Member of its Board of Directors (Non-Executive), is also a Member of the Board of Directors of EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
