The company LANAKAM S.A. after the written information in 25^th  February 2013 from the shareholder Mrs. Evelpis O. Damigou, announce according to the law 3556/2007 in combination with the article 11 of the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the shareholder Mrs. Evelpis O. Damigou, wife of the President and Managing Director of the company LANAKAM  S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), bought on 22of  February 2013 526.240 common registered shares of the company LANAKAM  S.A. with a total net value 362.053,12 EUR, increasing the percentage of her common  registered shares with voting rights from 4,630% to 13,491%.
