It is hereby announced that on May 20^th, 2013, Mr Theofanis Chr. Voutsaras, Executive BoD Member (person obliged to acknowledge his Stock Exchange transactions on Company shares, according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 650 Company shares of total value  EURO 5,915.
