ANNOUNCEMENT

After 13 successful years with the Eurobank Group, Mr. Theodore Kalantonis, General Manager and Member of the Executive Committee of Eurobank Ergasias S.A., Head of the Mortgage Lending Unit and Managing Director of the subsidiary company Eurobank Household Lending, will be resigning from his position effective as of March 1^st  2013.
