FULL YEAR 2012 RESULTS

 
In 2012, the Company posted profit after tax of Euro 7.2 million, compared to Euro 3.6 million last year. Turnover reached Euro 10.2 million, compared to Euro 10.7 million in 2011.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2012.
