Αthens, February 13, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

Its subsidiary OTE plc concluded  a tender for cash of its August 2013 Notes (ISIN XS0173549659) and its April 2014 Notes (ISIN XS0615771143). OTE plc accepted   tenders amounting to €106.2 mn and €92.5 mn of the August 2013 and the April 2014 Notes respectively. The tendered notes were surrendered for cancellation. As a result the outstanding principal amount of August 2013 Notes and April 2014 Notes is now €713.8 mn and € 407.5 mn respectively.
