CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Attica Bank announces that the Board of Directors meeting on 3/6/2013 approved the change of the composition of the Bank's Audit Committee, after the resignation of its member Mr. Dimitrios Voganatsis due to increased professional commitments. 

Therefore, the new composition of Attica Bank's Audit Committee is the following:

-          Athanasios Presvelos (Chairman),  

-          Katerina Zevgoli (member),

-          Periklis Karaiskos (member)

The above decision will be, according to the law, ratified by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 28/6/2013.
