SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Anastasia-Stavroula Latsou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 21/02/13 to the sale of 1,219 common shares at the price of 4.36 euros of total value 5,314.84 euros.
