Αthens, February 18, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

OTE plc's €187.7 mn February 2015 Notes, issued on the 16^th of January 2013, following the exchange of August 2013 Notes, have been admitted to listing and trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and are now consolidated with the existing €600 mn February 2015 Notes (ISIN XS0346402463) which have a current coupon of 7.25%. As a result, the total outstanding principal amount of the February 2015 Notes is now €787.7 mn.
