The Company will not distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2012.

The Company notes that the Financial Results will be announced after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange Market, on its website (www.iatriko.gr) and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.ase.gr).

The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned dates, provided that it informs the investors with a new announcement.
