ATTICA BANK: CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Attica Bank announces that the Board of Directors meeting on 1/2/2013 approved the change of the composition of the Bank's Audit Committee by electing its non-executive member, Mr. Athanasios Presvelos, as Chairman of the Committee.

Therefore, the new composition of Attica Bank's Audit Committee is the following: Athanasios Presvelos (Chairman), Dimitrios Voganatsis (member), Periklis Karaiskos (member).

The above decision will be, according to the law, ratified by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 5/2/2013.
