PPCS.A.announces the new BoD of its 100% subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A. as the term of the previous BoD had expired. The composition is the following:

-Ioannis Tsipouridis, Vice President, Chemical Engineer

- Diamantis Vahtsiavanos, Chief Executive Officer, Economist

- George Koulidis, Member, Mechanical Engineer

- Dimitris Siachos, Member, Technical Mechanical Engineer  

- Danai Diakoulaki, Member, Chemical Engineer, Professor at theNationalTechnical

                               UniversityofAthens

- George Katanas, Member, PPC employee

The term of office of the new Board of Directors shall be for three years
