Financial calendar for the year 2013

ANNOUNCEMENT

Public Power Corporation S.A., announces the Financial Calendar 2013, as follows:

-       Release of Fiscal Year 2012 Results: March 28^th, 2013, after the closing of the ATHEX trading session.

-       Annual Conference Call with Analysts for the presentation of the FY 2012 financial results: April 2^nd, 2013.

-       The 2012 Annual Financial Report will be published on the website of PPC S.A.(www.dei.gr ) :March 29^th  , 2013. 

-       Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: June 13^th, 2013.

-       Based on the net income, PPC's Board of Directors will propose to the Shareholders General Meeting, a dividend payment of € 0.025 per share.

-   Ex-dividend date: July 5, 2013, that is after the 21^st of June, 2013 which signifies   

    the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company's stock and on the   

    FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap in which it is included.

-  Record date: 9 July 2013.

-  Dividend payment for the year 2012 through a bank settlement: 15 July 2013.
