In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 ALAPIS S.A. (the "Company") announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of the decision of the General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of February 4th, 2008 and the Board of Directors' decision of June 26th, 2008.
(1)On July 1st, 2008 a total of 1,027,365 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.63 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 1,676,857.45.
(2)On July 2nd, 2008 a total of 950,000 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.57 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 1,488,507.73.
(3)On July 3rd, 2008 a total of 136,110 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.50 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 204,076.00.
(4)On July 4th, 2008 a total of 50,000 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.62 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 80,792.42.
(5)On July 7th, 2008 a total of 80,000 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.65 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 131,950.00.
(6)On July 8th, 2008 a total of 35,000 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.59 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 55,600.00.
(7)On July 9th, 2008 a total of 60,995 shares were purchased at the average price of Euro 1.66 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 101,271.70.
The abovementioned 2,339,470 own shares, of total value Euro 3,739,055.30 were purchased through "PIRAEUS COMPANY ON THE PROVISION OF INVESTMENT SERVICES" at an average purchase price of Euro 1.5982 per share.
