Friday, March 29th 2013: Announcement of Financial Results for the year 2012.

Friday, April 12^th 2013: Annual analysts' briefing

Friday, June 28^th 2013: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Bank's Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2012 at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Bank reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates. In this case it will inform investors by issuing a new announcement.
