Further to a relevant question by the Capital Markets Committee, PPC S.A. informs that:

- it has no deposits with banks in Cyprus,
- it has no exposure to marketable securities (such as stocks, bonds) or other   

  financial instruments of the Bank of Cyprus or CPB,
- it has no activities inCyprus that contribute to the Group's turnover
