In response to a question by the SEC Ref 1257/27.3.2013 on recent developments in Cyprus we would like to inform the investing public about the company's activities IKTINOS HELLAS SA in Greece and Cyprus citing the following:
1. The IKTINOS HELLAS S has  no deposits at the Bank of Cyprus and the Bank of CPB.
2. The IKTINOS HELLAS SA does not own securities (stocks bonds) or financial instruments of the above banks.
3. The rate of turnover IKTINOS HELLAS SA in Cyprus for the year ended 31.12.2012 amounts to 1.6% (amount of 402.0000€) that have already painted.
4. None affected the turnover, the results and financial position of the company.
