Financial Calendar 2013 

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1.    The Company's Ordinary Shareholders Meeting will take place on Friday, June 28, 2013.

2.    The FY 2012 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Friday, March 29, 2013 (after the closing of the trading session) and will be published on Saturday, March 30, 2013.

3.    The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2012 results will take place on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, via a teleconference.

4.    The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2012.
