KRI-KRI S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for 2013 according to article 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as following:

Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2012:

Tuesday, 26^th of March 2013 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 18^th of June 2013.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that no dividend be distributed for the fiscal year 2012.

The company retains the right to change the above mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investment community with a new announcement.
