According to its transaction notification of 28.2.2013, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 23,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 141,700.00 euro on February 27, 2013.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
