Athens, February 27, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.2(b) and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces its Financial Calendar, according to which:

1.  The 2012 Parent Company and consolidated financial statements will be released on Thursday, February 28, 2013 (uploaded on the company's website: http://www.ote.gr, following the path Company -> Investor Relations), and on the Athens Stock Exchange's website and published in the press on the following day (C.L. 2190/1920 and L. 3556/2007, as in force).

 2. The Company will hold a conference call with analysts and investors to discuss its full year 2012 financial results, on Thursday, February 28, 2013.

 3. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at OTE headquarters, 99 Kifisias Av., Marousi,Athens.

 4. The company's Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2012 at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
