Additional Information for Extraordinary General Meeting

Following the information already provided by PPC S.A. ahead of the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 29th, 2013 and in relation to the funding plan for the “Ptolemais V” project (slides 23-24 of the presentation available on PPC's website http://www.dei.gr/Default.aspx?id=64658&nt=18&lang=2 , PPC announces that it was informed by the mandated lead arranger of the relevant syndicated loan, KfW IPEX-Bank, that the German Export Credit Agency Euler-Hermes granted the preliminary approval of the insurance cover, which is a major prerequisite for the arrangement of the said loan.
