It is hereby announced that on December 5^th 2012, PIRAEUS BANK S.A. sold 9,129 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 72,306.83. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
