SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Anastasia-Stavroula Latsou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded to the following on 12/03/13 to the sale of 251 common shares at the price of 4.37 euros of total value 1,096.63 euros and on 13/03/13 to the sale of 750 common shares at the price of 4.41 euros of total value 3.305 euros.
