In today's Board of Directors' (BoD) meeting of Piraeus Bank, Mr. Alexandros Manos resigned from the BoD, in order to assume the role of CEO at Geniki Bank, following the expected completion of the acquisition.

Furthermore, at the same meeting, the BoD elected Mr. Anthimos Thomopoulos as Deputy CEO at Piraeus Bank Group. Mr. Thomopoulos is former Deputy Managing Director at National Bank of Greece. From his current role as Deputy CEO, he will supervise the activities of Corporate and Investment Banking, Treasury, Capital Markets, Asset Management, as well as all Participations and Real Estate of Piraeus Bank Group.
