TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE” (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the HCMC Circular 33/2007 announces: The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund informed us on 20.06.2013 that on 11.06.2013 indirectly acquired shares issued by the company with respective voting rights, corresponding to 19.33% of the share capital and voting rights of the company or 1.248.056 shares due to the acquisition by the above fund of the shares of ALPHA BANK S.A. as a result of its participation to the share capital increase of the bank.
