Announcement of Important Fact

ELLAKTOR informs the Investment Community that its subsidiary AKTOR undertook the construction of three projects in Doha (capital of Qatar) and one in Serbia.

Specifically AKTOR S.A. signed contracts for the following projects:

• Multipurpose sports center Al Sadd Sports Club, on behalf of the Qatar Olympic Committee. The contractual amount for the above project is  €108 million. The project construction period will be 20 months.
• Electromechanical works on the Anantara resort island. The contractual amount for the above project is €13 million. The project construction period will be 6 months.
• Infrastructure works at the Camp of the Internal Security Forces. The contractual amount for the above project is €497 million. The project construction period will be 36 months.  AKTOR-Al Jaber Engineering Joint Venture, whose leader is AKTOR with a participation of 50%, was awarded this project.
• Motorway, section Stanicenje to Pirot (East), in the Republic of Serbia, of a total length of 17km. The project is part of the Trans-european Network of motorways. The contractual amount stands at €75 million. The project construction period will be 24 months.

Finally, the construction backlog of AKTOR stands at €2.4 billion, while there are project contracts to be signed of a total budget of €750 million.
